I did like some of the jewelry on yumiyujewelry.co, like the pieces looked nice and I was kind of excited about my order. But the customer service part was not so great for me. I sent them a message about my order and then just waited for days, which made me feel a little worried and unsure what was happening.

When they finally got back to me, the reply was short and it didn’t answer all the things I asked. So I had to message again, and then there was more waiting, which was annoying in a tired way. It was not the worst experience in the world, but yeah, the slow replies made it not feel very helpful

For what I paid, I’m happy with the jewelry. I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, but when it showed up I was like, okay, this is actually nice. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it wasn’t terrible either. Overall, I’d say it was a good buy

Uh, I ordered a silver necklace with a small charm, but what showed up was a gold one with a totally different pendant. It definitely wasn’t the one I picked when I checked out.
